Hey there, fellow young chefs! Have you ever wanted to surprise your family with a yummy dessert but didn’t know where to start? Don't worry, I’ve got 2 super easy and fun recipes that you can make all by yourself (with a little help from a grown-up when needed). Let’s get cooking!

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are a perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter, and the best part is, you don’t even need to use the oven!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of peanut butter

- ½ cup of honey

- 2 cups of rolled oats

- 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl until it’s smooth.

2. Add the oats and stir until everything is well combined.

3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (ask an adult for help if needed) and pour it over the oat mixture.

5. Put it in the fridge for about an hour until it sets.

6. Cut into bars and enjoy.

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

This dessert is not only tasty but also healthy! Plus, it looks super pretty in a glass.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of your favourite yogurt

- 1 cup of granola

- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions:

1. Take a tall glass or a jar and start by putting a layer of yogurt at the bottom.

2. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.

3. Add a layer of berries on top of the granola.

4. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.

5. Finish with a few berries on top and maybe a drizzle of honey if you like it extra sweet.
