PANEER DELIGHT
You require:
Paneer (grated) – 1 cup, Milk - 2 cups, Sugar - I cup, Cardamom - 2 (powdered), Cashew nuts – 3, Rose / Vanilla essence - 2/3 drops.
Method:
* Boil milk and add sugar while boiling.
* Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a thick consistency.
* Now add grated paneer, cardamom, cashews and rose / vanilla essence.
* Refrigerate and serve chilled. Yummy Paneer Delight is ready!
Tips: It can be served as a dessert or can be consumed as paneer milk shake by adding more milk.

PANEER TIKKA
You require:
Paneer- I cup (cut into I" long, thick rectangular pieces), Yoghurt - 1 cup, Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp, Corn flour - 1½ tsp, Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp, Chat masala, Garam masala powder - ½ tsp each, Oil, Salt - as required.
Method:
* Beat the yoghurt to a thick consistency without lumps. Except Paneer cubes, oil and chat masala, add all the other ingredients and mix well.
* Now add paneer pieces and keep marinated.
* Just before serving, heat a nonstick tawa, greased with oil. Place the paneer pieces and roast them till golden brown, turning sides once in between.
* Serve hot, sprinkled with chat masala.
Tips: Paneer Tikkas can be served with Tomato ketchup or hot sauce.
