Semiya - 100 grams, Ghee - 4 tbsp, Sugar - 25 grams, Cashews - a few
How to make Sweet Dish:
Place the pan in the stove and when it is hot, pour ghee and fry the semiya until it turns brown, add sugar and stir it until it becomes pasty. Switch off stove. When it becomes warm shape it as burfi. Place cashews on the top. Tasty Semiya Burfi is ready to serve.

Idli flour - 1 tbsp, Rice flour - 2 tbsp, Salt - 1 pinch, Butter - a little, Oil - to fry.
How to make Karam Dish
Add idli flour, rice flour, salt and a little butter and knead it. Put the pan the stove and when it is hot, pour oil, put the dough in a Thenkuzhal mold and squeeze and fry it. Thenkuzhal is ready to eat.
