Abhyangam is a synchronized body massage done in a rhythmic manner by two therapists for a specific period of time, using herbal oils. It is a masterpiece of Kerala Ayurveda.

Abhyangam is a seven-position therapy. The number of strokes and applying of pressure vary with each individual.
