Monkey Mischief and Mother Panther

There lived a man called Buddu in Vindhya forest. His profession was to catch wild animals for the circus and zoos. To assist him in his work he had a pet monkey named Mischief. Mischief was full of brains. He had an uncanny knack of luring wild animals to the trap set by his master Buddu.

One day Buddu received an order from a zoo abroad for a panther. He was promised a thousand rupees for it. At once Buddu set into the forest with Mischief perching on his shoulder along with a cage cum trap. They went from place to place looking for spoors.
