1. Chocolate Mould

You need:

Milk – 2 cups

Corn flour – 2 tablespoons

Cocoa powder – 2 1/2 tablespoons

Sugar – 2 level tablespoons

Grated chocolate - 1 tablespoon

Method:

Mix corn flour and cocoa powder with a little cold milk and make into a smooth blend. Add rest of the milk to this and place on fire. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens and starts bubbling. Now add the sugar and stir further till it dissolves completely. Pour the thickened mixture into a greased bowl and set in the refrigerator. After it is set, turn it down on a serving plate which has been seasoned with cold water. Dust the 'pudding' with grated chocolate and serve. Fresh cream, strawberry and chocolate flakes are optional dressings you can use if you like.
