1. Fruity Jam Shake:
You need:
Jam of your choice – 1 spoon
Milk – 1 glass
Banana – 1
Apple – 1
Grapes -1 small bunch
Mango – 1
Method:
Wash grapes thoroughly and deseed them. Peel and dice other fruits. Put all fruits together in a large bowl. Place the jam and milk in a blender and whip nicely. Now pour the mixture over the diced fruits. Mix well and sprinkle chopped nuts over it if you like. Now the fruity jam shake is ready. Best when served chill.

2. Kaju Katri:
You need:
Cashew nuts – 100 grams
Sugar – 100 grams
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Method:
Grind cashew nuts into a fine paste. Add just enough water to cover the sugar and place on flame. Cook into thick syrup. To this syrup add the cashew paste and cardamom powder and remove from flame. Turn the mixture slowly till it becomes soft dough. Spread it on a greased plate and cut into squares or diamonds.
