தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை:

இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி (RBI) பணிகளுக்கான தேர்வு செயல்முறை நான்கு முக்கிய கட்டங்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது:

• முதல் நிலை ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு (Phase-I Online Exam): இது முதல் கட்ட தகுதித் தேர்வாகும்.

• இரண்டாம் நிலை ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு (Phase-II Online Exam): முதல் தேர்வில் தகுதி பெறுபவர்கள் இந்தத் தேர்வை எழுத வேண்டும்.

• நேர்காணல் (Interview): ஆன்லைன் தேர்வுகளில் வெற்றி பெற்ற விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் நேர்காணலுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள்.

• ஆவண சரிபார்ப்பு (Document Verification) மற்றும் இறுதித் தேர்வு (Final Selection): நேர்காணலுக்குப் பிறகு, விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் சான்றிதழ்கள் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டு, தகுதியானவர்கள் இறுதியாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
