Can We Build Cities Under the Ocean?

Ever since I watched movies about underwater kingdoms and read stories about the lost city of Atlantis, I have wondered what it would be like to live beneath the ocean. Imagine looking out of your bedroom window and seeing colorful fish, sea turtles, and coral reefs instead of roads and buildings! It sounds like the underwater world of Aquaman, but could it actually happen in real life?
